1:1 Life Strategy Sesssion
The 1 on 1 Life Strategy Program is a program designed to help high-achieving women regain control and power in their lives. This program, built on the fundaments and transferable skills of project management, consists of transformational tools and strategies to provide clarity, positive mindset and create new excitement for the life you so richly desire. Over the course of 90-180 days, we will explore the mindset that is holding you back and create a Life Strategy Playbook that will help guide you moving
forward.
Who is this for?
This program is specifically designed for the HIGH-ACHIEVING woman. High-achieving women are those who are aware of their strengths and areas opportunities (we don't say weaknesses around here :-) and they focus on how to become successful and effective. However, it is not uncommon for high-achieving women to feel stuck or unsure at different points in their lives. Whether we are trying to relieve the burden of greatness or on a quest for newfound fulfillment, we are on a search for ultimate alignment, achievement and peace.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Here's what we will cover during our time together.
01. Initiating Phase
Self-Awareness & Mindset: This phase will be focused on identifying the "problems" i.e., your roadblocks and negative mindset that it is holding you back from the ultimate vision you have for yourself. Utilizing tools,strategizes and exercises to reframe your mindset to focus on solutions and not problems.
03. Executing Phase
Implement: This phase will allow you to take the tools, strategies and plans and put them into action. Goal fulfillment/completion is not required
but will be based on tasks and timelines within playbook.
05. Closing Phase
Reflection: This phase will be focused on recapping the strategies and tasks that have been completed and allows for self- reflection.
02. Planning Phase
Setting Goals & Curating Accountability: This phase will be focused on clarifying realistic goals,
breaking them into actionable task along with a personalized accountability plan.
04. Monitoring & Controling Phase
Implement: This phase will allow you to take the tools, strategies and plans and put them into action. Goal fulfillment/completion is not required
but will be based on tasks and timelines within playbook.
06. Adhoc
Need More? After the closing phase, if you need additional support, you will be provided the opportunity to schedule session(s).
